Bruce H. Winkelman combines his passion for the dispute resolution process with 21 years of civil litigation experience. Having litigated complex issues, he offers technical subject matter expertise and a unique perspective in problem solving. While offering parties a facilitative approach to dispute resolution, he is equally comfortable providing evaluative guidance when needed or requested.
Bruce has taught mediation and is a frequent lecturer on the subject. He has served on State Bar committees on ADR and is a panel mediator for a number of courts in Northern California.
